How do I claim a replacement under the Lifetime Warranty?
To initiate a warranty claim for chipping, cracking, or peeling, please contact our customer service team with a photo of the item and the mold number found on the bottom of the product.
Can Tupperware containers be used in the microwave?
Only products specifically labeled as microwave-safe should be used for reheating. Always ensure the vent is open or the lid is slightly askew to allow steam to escape.
What is your return policy for unused items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are Tupperware products dishwasher safe?
